These pics are from my old Vette.  It was a 1969 427-435 hp, tri-power car, with 4 speed.  I bought it when it had 12,000 miles on it in 1970. I got drafted and it sat for two years. When I got home in 1972 I drove it and put the L-88 off road flares on it and had it repainted.  We wanted to buy our first house so I sold it in 1974. About ten years ago a guy called me and ask if I wanted to buy it back. It had gone thru a few owners and he bought it in 1981. He said he went to the DMV and they traced all the owners.

This last Saturday we got a knock on the door and the guy introduced himself. It was the guy from ten years ago. He has changed it a little and got it repainted again, but it looked really good.
